Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for department leadership
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential company records
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and logistics for team activities
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and orientation schedules
Qualifications
