Responsibilities
- General Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including mail distribution, managing inventory, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Communication Support: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and ensure all records are up-to-date and confidential.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle incoming calls, screen visitors, and coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with basic CRM software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
