Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Input: Enter and update customer and product information into our database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Data Verification: Review and correct errors in documents to ensure 100% accuracy before processing.
- File Management: Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Office Support: Assist with general administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, and faxing documents.
- Reporting: Compile data summaries and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Respond to routine emails and phone inquiries during business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or office administration.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Typing Speed: Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain consistency in data.
