Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and verify data into company databases and spreadsheets (Excel) with a focus on high-speed typing and minimal errors.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including answering phones, emails, and routing inquiries.
- Filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior management.
- Perform data quality checks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support administrative projects and special events as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
