Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors with professional etiquette
- Enter, update, and maintain client data in CRM and ERP systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for executive team
- Process incoming mail, documents, and digital submissions
- Assist with billing reconciliation and invoice processing
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and internal software
- Collaborate with accounting and sales departments on data verification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in data entry or administrative role
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
