Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and company data into our secure database systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Generate and distribute reports based on entered data for management review.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure all data entry meets company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
