Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and account information into our database systems.
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and distribute routine reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Assist with data cleaning and processing to support departmental operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
