Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company information into our digital database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- File physical and digital documents in a systematic and organized manner.
- Assist the administrative team with general clerical duties as needed.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed work.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior data entry experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus.
