Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure digital databases.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Review and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Generate reports and summaries from raw data as requested by management.
- Assist in the daily operations of the office by handling incoming inquiries and mail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Miami, FL.
