- Accurately input and update customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies found in physical documents or electronic records.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Prepare routine reports by compiling, sorting, and classifying data.
- Assist the administrative team with general office duties, including answering phones and routing calls.
- Proofread data entries to ensure zero errors before final submission.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily data entry quotas efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or general office administration.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (if working remotely).
