Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Review source documents for errors, ensuring all data is complete and correct before entry.
- Sort, classify, and organize data to be entered into the system.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to identify discrepancies and correct errors promptly.
- Manage and organize physical files and digital archives for easy retrieval.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly or monthly reports based on entered data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant certificate preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of at least 45-50 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
