Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in our internal database and CRM systems.
- Verify and proofread data entries to ensure 100% accuracy and error-free reporting.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in data logs with other departments.
- Organize and file both physical and digital documents in an efficient manner.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly data reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
