Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data into company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Review and proofread all data entries to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Transcribe information from various documents and sources into the required formats.
- Assist in the preparation of routine reports and correspondence.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute (WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
