Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into company databases and software systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and correct errors in data entry to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Generate and format reports as requested by management.
- Assist in data migration projects and database audits.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies.
- Perform routine data cleaning tasks to maintain system performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry or clerical work (1-2 years preferred).
- Minimum typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL.
