- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel and Power BI
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with zero errors
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
