Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Prepare routine reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
