- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries from entered data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or general office administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
