As a key member of our staff, you will ensure our office runs efficiently by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate complex calendars, manage appointments, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Communication: Screen and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and draft professional correspondence and memos.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and assist with expense reports.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of company meetings, events, and client functions.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases and CRM systems.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, manage the front desk, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
