Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude.
