Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments for executives and staff.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Assisting with data entry and database management tasks.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
