Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal meetings.
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with payroll data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
- Order and inventory office supplies to ensure the workspace is well-equipped.
- Support the finance and operations teams with administrative tasks and filing.
- Process invoices and expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certification in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential.
