Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive leadership.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Order and track office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully stocked.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
