Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones and greeting visitors with a high level of courtesy.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and preparing financial reports as needed.
- Plan and coordinate office events and team building activities to foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
- Must be reliable and available for consistent weekly pay schedules.
