Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls using Outlook and Google Calendar.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including emails, memos, and newsletters.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings, for staff members.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
