Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and presentations
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate office events
- Procure office supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
