Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including coordinating travel arrangements and booking meetings.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and emails with high attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate office activities and supply inventory, including managing vendor relationships.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors to ensure efficient workflow and professionalism.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative support experience.
