Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, including drafting emails, managing phone systems, and handling mail.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for the department.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure seamless office operations and high-quality service.
- Track office inventory, including supplies and equipment, and initiate reordering processes.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
