Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage the executive's calendar with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized office environment, manage filing systems, and handle incoming mail.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings and expense reports.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
