Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for senior management.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
