Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while managing complex calendars to optimize team efficiency.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems (digital and physical), and coordinate office maintenance and facilities requests.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into databases and CRM systems, ensuring all records are current and error-free.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Support Projects: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as directed by management to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software or project management tools is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
