Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism, routing urgent matters to the appropriate personnel.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing systems and employee onboarding documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
