Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, filtering emails and phone calls with professionalism.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
- Office Administration: Monitor office supplies, process invoices, and handle petty cash management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in administrative support or office management.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
