Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain executive calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
- Assist with basic data entry and inventory management tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
