Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the flow of office communications, including phone calls and emails, during weekend hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical filing systems with precision.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Handle general office duties such as mail sorting, supply management, and reception duties.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects and special events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
