Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage incoming calls, and direct visitors with professionalism.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, update databases, and ensure data integrity.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and reports; handle correspondence for department leadership.
- Scheduling: Coordinate weekend schedules, manage calendars, and book meeting rooms as needed.
- Supplies & Inventory: Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and manage petty cash logistics.
- General Support: Assist with special projects, event planning, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
