Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage digital filing systems and document retrieval
- Coordinate weekend scheduling and calendar management
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documents
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply chain coordination
- Prepare weekly administrative reports for management
- Support cross-departmental projects with timely deliverables
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative/data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
