- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk including signing in guests and managing the reception area.
- Perform basic data entry and filing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office managers.
- Assist with mail distribution and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
