Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for weekend meetings
- Handle confidential documents with discretion, including data entry and file management
- Process incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence) and prioritize urgent matters
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics, including inventory management and vendor communications
- Support event planning and preparation for weekend client meetings or conferences
- Assist with payroll processing and expense report submissions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience, weekend shift preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
