Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate office operations and maintain organized filing systems
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for weekend activities
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital records
- Support event preparation and weekend client services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
