Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and professionally route incoming calls
- Coordinate weekend calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
- Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Assist with weekend event coordination and client reception duties
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation for leadership review
- Support inventory management and office supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
