As the first point of contact for our weekend operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with a professional, customer-centric approach.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend appointments, meetings, and vendor logistics.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and database management.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering for the weekend operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support to department managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends.
