Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Screen and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries and take messages on behalf of management.
- Coordinate office logistics, including vendor management, supply ordering, and facility maintenance.
- Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
