Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for senior management.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with office administration, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
