- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, process invoices, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
- Data Management: Assist in data entry, maintain updated digital filing systems, and generate reports as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Take minutes during meetings, organize materials, and prepare meeting packages for board meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients at all levels.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
