- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports, invoice processing, and data entry.
- Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is fully equipped and organized.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executive team members.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
