Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference rooms.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, routing them appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Organize office supplies and assist with general office maintenance.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
