- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.

- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, escalating urgent matters immediately.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and expense reporting.
- Support the team with data entry and database management tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
