Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the digital calendar for department heads.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas and presentation slides.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
- Support the marketing team with basic research and social media content scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for the entire team.
Qualifications
- Must be between the ages of 15 and 19 (or currently enrolled in high school/college).
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
