Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including supply management, mail processing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database, including client information and internal documents.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Document Control: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital files to ensure easy accessibility.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule and occasional overtime during peak periods.
