Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Generate and format reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in administrative support and data entry.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Must be located in Tucson, AZ or willing to commute.
